In this short paper we sketch an emerging project to support in an automatic fashion the analysis of E-Portfolios, a modern didactical means to let students express their knowledge of a course. E-Portfolios can be considered to be the concretization of the outcoming knowledge following a course. Numerous media are realized as part of a course. The structure and nature of the knowledge represented in them can be exploited to support the production and evaluation of portfolios: using techniques of natural language processing and organizing the media in an appropriate fashion we describe ways of supporting the evaluation that can help students and teachers.
